View was great, breakfast was RICH, and beds were nice. The location was marvellous and ideal - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Fes El Bali district was definitely worth visiting. Good restaurant provided Moroccan dishes.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were extremely unfriendly.

He personally organized our evening plans, booked a taxi for us, and even walked us to our accommodation. Mohammad's attention to detail and care made us feel like valued guests. The accommodation itself was fine, with beautiful Moroccan decor, spotlessly clean rooms, and great facilities. The breakfast served was delicious, and the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city. Even when we weren't staying with him, Mohammad offered his help and became more than just a host but a true friend. The beds, though slightly on the hard side, were comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets and sheets available for added comfort. We genuinely look forward to staying at Dar Labchara again on our future visits to Fez. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel based on our fantastic experience.

The location of this riad was perfect, situated in the heart of the bustling medina and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The interior decoration was stunning and added to the overall atmosphere of the riad. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even arranging tours and making phone calls for us.
The cleanliness of the riad left something to be desired. Our room was not properly cleaned during our stay and the rooftop terrace looked abandoned.

Staying in the center of town is the best way to explore all that the city has to offer, and this hotel is located right in the heart of the action. You'll be surrounded by interesting shops and tantalizing food stalls, and everything you need is within easy walking distance. the room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. the service was attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast was a delicious and filling start to each day. You'll also enjoy a beautiful view from the rooftop terrace.
One minor downside of the hotel was that as a budget traveler, it may not have had all the amenities that you would expect from a more expensive hotel.
